2. What information do we gather about you?

Information You Provide

We collect various personal information about you which may include your name, email, address, date of birth, telephone number, your preferences and interests, or other information you provide to us or grant us access to (“Your Information”) when you communicate with us, or take part in interactive games, features or competitions. We may also collect information that you enter on our Sites and Apps, such as photographs, video images or other content that you may upload to the Site (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

Automatic Information Collection

We may use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the Sites and Apps are accessed and used (“Usage Information”). Usage Information may consist of your internet browser type, operating system, the webpages you viewed, the time you viewed them, and what webpages you looked at before viewing the current page so that we get a better idea of how our users interact with our Sites and Apps and can then tailor and improve them accordingly. Usage Information generally can't be linked to you individually, but if we can link it to you then we treat it as Your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Sites and Apps. A unique identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by this number (“Device Identifier”). 4. How do we treat children’s personal information?

If you are under the age of 18, and you wish to provide us with Your Information for any purpose, such as to participate in a promotion or competition, you must read this Privacy Policy with Your Adult and may not provide Your Information without obtaining Your Adult’s prior consent. When You Agree To Have Your Information Shared

You may submit UGC to the Sites and Apps. Any such UGC may be disclosed publicly. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party uses of any UGC after it is displayed on the Sites or Apps.


Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf

We may engage third parties to perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting or operating our Sites and Apps, sending e-mail communications, and data analysis. We may share Your Information with third parties in order for them to provide content or otherwise perform services for us, and we will require such parties to maintain appropriate security to protect such data from unauthorized access or processing.

Affiliate Sharing and Business Transfers

We may share Your Information with other entities affiliated with us for internal reasons, primarily for business and operational purposes. We may also share Your Information with the buyers of all or part of our business or with any business we merge with or acquire.

We may transfer and disclose information, including Your Information, Usage Information, UGC and Device Identifier (including IP address), to third parties: when required by law or when we believe in good faith that we are legally required to do so; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce the Site's and App’s Terms and Conditions or other applicable policies; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, visitors to the Sites and Apps or the public. Pursuant to valid requests by law enforcement agencies, we may also use Device Identifiers to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies, at our discretion. Such disclosures may be carried out without notice to you.

7. Links to other websites and services and our content on other websites

The Sites and Apps may contain links that will direct you to other websites or services that are operated and controlled by third parties. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding agreement. We have no control over these third parties, and your use of their websites and features are subject to their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or business practices of any third party web site. In addition, we may place our widgets or other features on certain third party web sites. When we do so, any personal data that we obtain about you will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

8. Your consent to international transfers of Your Information

Your Information may be transferred to, and stored in the UK and the US. In addition, another of our service providers may provide data processing services on our behalf. These companies may be located in, or use IT equipment located in, countries outside of the European Economic Area where the privacy laws may not provide an equivalent level of protection to those in your home country. 9. What steps do we take to keep Your Information secure?

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect and secure Your Information. 10. How can we make changes to our Privacy Policy?

Except to the extent limited by applicable law, we reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time, by prominently posting notice of the amendment on the Sites and Apps. The changes will become effective fourteen days after posting and will apply to all Your Information.
